- Payment can be done with International Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. When validity of the credit card used for purchase has been confirmed, or we have received your bank or Paypal transfer, we will ship your order within 72 hours. From that day please expect shipping time to be 2-5 working days. The day after we ship your order, you will receive a Track and Trace number enabling you to track your order. Order placed from US or Canada will be shipped with UPS. All other international orders will be shipped by DHL from a EU location.
- Custom Duties
- For Canadian customers; please note that our goods are not produced in the United States – for this reason you might have additional custom charges when your order goes through Canadian customs, depending on country of origin of the product. You are responsible for paying these charges and brokerage fees. We are not held responsible for these charges.
For international customers; All our shipments are going out as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which is a general rule for all shipments going to countries outside the European Union. You are responsible for paying the VAT, taxes and brokerage fee on the package. We are not held responsible for these charges. - Shipping to PO boxes and military addresses
- We can only ship to PO boxes in the United Arab Emirates. For all other countries we will need a physical address. For APO addresses, please provide a physical address in the country you’re stationed.

- Warranty only covers defects of products caused by manufacturing. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage or other causes attributable to events outside the manufacturing process.
US: 1 year warranty on all products.
EU: 2 year warranty on all products.
Taiwan: 1 year warranty on all products, except for mice which have 2 years warranty
